Fault status register (0x7FB0)
The fault status of frequency converter can be monitored by reading the regis-
ter.This register is read-only. The definition of each bit is shown in the table be-
low:

Communication frequency setting register (0x7F01)
The address of frequency setting register for communication control is 0x7F01.
This register is for read and write. When 'First frequency setting source' [E0.00]
= '20: Communication', the frequency converter can be set with writing data to
this address.
