 Divide the original into more than one page.
 Check the resolution used for scanning. Lower the scan
resolution if possible.
 Add optional page memory.

 Wait for the files in the queue to be sent.
 Delete unnecessary files from memory.
 Transfer the substitute reception files to an another fax
machine, if the machine’s printer is busy or out of order.
 Add an optional SAF memory card or hard disk.

at the other end
 The job started normally but did not finish normally;
data may or may not have been received fully.
 Restart the machine.
