Startup
Only properly trained and instructed specialists are allowed to
perform installation and connection procedures!
Each person charged to operate the machine must have
proper training and read and completely understood these
operating instructions, especially the safety instructions.
COMMISSIONING
Before commissioning steps 1 to 6 below should be completed.
Preparatory Actions
1. Unpack the machine.
2. Move the machine to the installation place and install it.
3. Connect the machine with the linked devices before and after it.
4. Level the machine with the help of the adjustable feet and a precision
bubble level.
5. Is the master switch in the OFF position?
i. If not, turn it OFF!
ii. Switch the power supply ON.
Compare connected load with the indications shown on the type
plate at the electrical cabinet and the electric documentation.
6. Ensure a proper compressed air supply.
Improper connection may provoke damages and
malfunctions of the devices. Therefore, make sure that
the machine is connected "Positive phase sequence" to
the electrical network.
Only authorized specialists are allowed to perform this
connection!
