Set Up / Adjustments
1. Perform a safety check and verify all guard doors are closed.
2. Select the desired recipe to load and/or modify as necessary. Detailed
instructions regarding recipes are given in Section 4: Operator Controls.
3. Make required machine adjustments for the packaging process. Refer to
Section 4: Operator Controls for information on specific operator settings.
4. Jogging may be necessary when setting up or making adjustments to the
machine.
Jogging the Machine
Jogging the machine means to operate it at a slow steady pace. Use jogging to set
up or make adjustments to the machine. The jogging screens may be accessed
from the Adjustments Screen then picking the Cartoner Setup button on the HMI.
Refer to the Operator Controls section for detailed information on operating the
Jogging menus.
