Section 8: Maintenance
General
Proper maintenance has a great effect on the operation and longevity of your
machine. For this purpose, all maintenance procedures must be performed carefully
and on schedule.
This maintenance schedule contains the requirements and recommendations for
one-shift operation. They must be adapted to the requirements in accordance with
the production time (one, two or three shift operation).
Only properly trained and well instructed specialists
are allowed to perform the maintenance procedures.
The user must determine the work, time required, and the person who has to do this
work. In order to avoid misunderstandings, it is necessary to charge clearly in
writing different persons or person groups with their individual tasks.
Before performing any cleaning or maintenance
procedures on the machine, ensure that the electrical
power and pneumatic supplies are properly locked-out
and tagged-out.
