Lockout Procedures
The machine must be properly locked-out before any repair
or maintenance tasks can be performed on it. This section
describes procedures that should be used to lockout the air
and power supplies.
Air Supply Lockout
Use the following procedure to lockout the air supply:
1. Push down and turn the Air Disconnect Handle 1/4 turn to the OFF position.
2. Place a lockout clamp through the lockout hole in the Air Disconnect Handle.
3. Place a pad lock through one of the holes in the lockout clamp.
