Carton Erector
Flap Raiser
The flap raiser is adjusted to the carton size by an electronic cam. The setting is
made in millimeters. The basis of this setting is the distance from one fixed driver
of the carton chain to the next fixed driver.
Side air nozzles blow air into the carton. This stream of air is generated by a
blower and causes the carton to open up. A base setting adjusts the driver chain
so that it runs synchronously with the carton chain.
