Carton Production
Carton production is the process in which product is placed into a carton that has
been erected from a flat carton blank during the production process. The carton
is filled with the product and then glued on the top and bottom sides to finish
production. The carton is then delivered to downstream equipment.
Case Production
Case production is the process in which a completed package, such as a carton,
is placed into a case that has been erected from a flat case blank during the
production process. The case is filled with the product and glued in the required
positions to seal the case and finish production. The case is then delivered to
downstream equipment.

Carton Material
Carton material is a paper material made primarily of natural fibers, especially
wood fibers. The surface weight of carton materials falls into a range from about
150g/m2 to 600g/m2.
Cartons consist of various layers including the Cover, insert and rear side.
The individual layers are different in terms of the materials they are made of
and are a major factor in determining the quality designation.
