Barrel Loader
Upper Conveyor Height
A separate motor is used to adjust the height of the upper conveyor. This motor
is used to move the upper conveyor that is mounted on a threaded spindle up
and down. The conveyor may be raised from the control panel. Limit switches are
used to monitor the limits of this path.
Loosening the clamping screw makes it possible to move the mounting plate to
adjust the limit switch location. The limit cams mounted on the upper conveyor
activate the switches. The arrow fastened onto the mounting plate should be
moved to the proper dimension of the carton.
After an adjustment, make certain that the dimensions of the gaps between the
insertion plates and the two bucket sides are equal. The height must be adjusted
so that the insertion plates do not strike the supply conveyor.
Check the height adjustment before installing the pusher plates.
