Carton Removal Chain
Carton Removal Chain Base Setting
The adjustment to the carton chain is made by means of a base setting.
For the base setting, the machine is set to the mark (x) that has been placed on
the machine for the mechanical reference point . This mark is located along the
removal conveyor chain (2). It is designated in red. There must be a chain driver
(3) on this mark.
Adjusting the Base Setting:
Loosen the fastening screws (5). The sprocket (4) can be turned in the slots until
the driver is on the mark. The driver (1) on the variable side must be adjusted to
line up (3) with the driver (2) on the fixed side. The setting is made in the same
way as on the fixed side.
After you are finished with the adjustment, check all positions of the base setting.
The position can be seen on the display as a display of actual position. It
corresponds to angle position 0° (zero degrees).
