Bucket Conveyor
Product Supply Conveyor Base Setting
Like the carton chain, the product supply conveyor (1) consists of four individual
chains. Two of these chains are fixed while two can be adjusted depending on
the size of the cartons. One side of the bucket is mounted on the fixed chains (2),
while the other side of the bucket is mounted on the adjustable chains (3). The
fixed side of the bucket wall (2) lines up with the fixed drivers (4) of the carton
chain.
The adjustable side of the bucket wall (3) may be adjusted depending on the size
of product. The position of the adjustable side is independent of the base setting.
