Weekly Maintenance
Preparatory Actions
Before performing any cleaning or maintenance
procedures on the machine, ensure that the electrical
power and pneumatic supplies are properly locked-out
and tagged-out!
Checks
Drive Belts:
Check all drive belts and re-adjust belt tension if necessary. Replace damaged
drive belts.
Guiding Rollers:
Check to see if all guiding rollers move smoothly.
Feeding belts, grouping belts and discharging belts:
Check for excessive wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
