Carton Supply
The carton supply holds and provides the carton blanks to be filled with product.
The carton blanks are placed vertically on the supply conveyor. The speed of the
supply conveyor is adjusted to match the rate of production.
The supply conveyor can be loaded up to the entire length of the conveyor. A
monitoring device is installed to monitor the supply of cartons. If the carton
supply falls below a predetermined level, a warning message appears on the
HMI touchscreen display.
The carton supply belt is activated, to fill the carton magazine, by a filling level
monitoring device located in the carton magazine.
