Daily Maintenance
Before performing any cleaning or maintenance
procedures on the machine, ensure that the electrical
power and pneumatic supplies are properly locked-out
and tagged-out!
Before starting
Check safety devices including all Emergency Stop buttons and safety door
switches.
Overview of the daily maintenance plan:
• A1: Vacuum and/or wipe off the machine.
• A1: Remove glue residue.
• A2: Perform maintenance on the gluing unit per the manufacturer’s instructions.
• A3: Drain off water from condensation in the pneumatic condensation bowl.
• A4: Verify that the central lubrication system is activated.
