Carton Magazine
Separation of Cartons
Cartons are moved from the magazine stack and feed into the carton machine.
The mechanism for separating cartons into individual cartons is located under the
carton magazine. This mechanism consists of two pairs of pneumatically
activated pushers, front and rear pushers, that separate cartons from each other.

Shows where cartons are removed from the magazine.
The separating pushers are arranged in pairs, (#2) is the front pushers and (#4)
is the rear pushers. The time of activation can be adjusted on the machine’s HMI
touchscreen.
