Monthly Maintenance
Overview of the monthly maintenance plan:
• C1: Clean, check and adjust the tension on the conveyors and conveyor belts, if
necessary.
• C2: Clean, check and retighten chains, if necessary.
• C3: Perform maintenance on the gluing unit per the manufacturer’s instructions.
• C4: Check all connections that may become loose, like screw and bolts.
• C5: Check the protective equipment including the Emergency Stop buttons and guard
door safety switches.
• C6: Check all bearings for ease of motion.
• C7: Check the air filter for the blower and replace, if necessary.
• C8: Lubricate the main shaft, if needed.
• C9: Check ventilation in the electrical cabinet.
• C10: Check the warning signs on the machine to make sure they are visible.
