Parameter Description
Open Flap Detect On Pos
Open Flap Detect Off Pos
This determines when the Open Flap photo-eyes will look for
open flaps during each machine cycle.
If one of the major flap sensors is triggered at any time during
this window the carton will be rejected for open flap.
The minor flap sensors look for leading open minor flaps at the
start of the window and trailing minor flaps at the end of the
window. Therefore the On Position should be set to a position
just before the carton reaches the sensors and the Off
Position should be set to a position just after the carton
passes the sensors.
Leaflet Feed Enable This determines if the Leaflet device will be used to insert
coupons into the carton.
Leaflet Feed On Pos
Leaflet Feed Off Pos
This determines when a signal will be sent to the Leaflet Feed
device to insert a coupon.
Laser Printer Enable This determines if the Laser Printer will be used during
production.
Laser Printer On Pos
Leaflet Printer Off Pos
This determines when a signal will be sent to the Laser Printer
to print on the carton.
