Operations When Errors Occur
When an error occurs on the product, icons and messages that describe the error appear on the
display. When an error occurs, you can perform the following operations:
• Clear the error.
• Display the relevant setting items.
• Play the guidance video.
• Select whether to continue, stop, or retry the process.
• When SOS (SATO Online Services) is enabled, scan the QR code or the NFC mark on the
product, or contact support by telephone.
• The available operations vary, depending on the situation.
(1) Buttons of functions that can be executed during the displayed error appear.
You can play the guidance video, display setting items, or clear an error.
The QR code and phone number are displayed when SOS is enabled.
