Appearance of Error Messages and Operating Procedure When
SOS (SATO Online Services) Is Enabled (SOS users only)
The SOS (SATO Online Services) icon appears in the error message when SOS is enabled. If you tap
the SOS icon, a QR code containing the error information and the contact telephone number appears.
The menu for the specialized application for SOS appears after scanning the QR code or the NFC
mark on the product with a tablet device or smartphone. A specialized application is required for
scanning.
