packets marked for DSCP service value 3:

match
This command defines the criteria used to classify traffic. Use the no form
to delete the matching criteria.
Syntax
[no] match {access-list acl-name | ip dscp dscp | ip precedence
ip-precedence | vlan vlan}
acl-name - Name of the access control list. Any type of ACL can be
specified, including standard or extended IP ACLs and MAC ACLs.
(Range: 1-16 characters)
dscp - A DSCP value. (Range: 0-63)
ip-precedence - An IP Precedence value. (Range: 0-7)
vlan - A VLAN. (Range:1-4094)

Class Map Configuration
Command Usage
•First enter the class-map command to designate a class map and
enter the Class Map configuration mode. Then use the match
command to specify the fields within ingress packets that must match
to qualify for this class map.
Only one match command can be entered per class map.
Console(config)#class-map rd_class match-any
Console(config-cmap)#match ip dscp 3
Console(config-cmap)#
