1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Operating Principles
Studer Vista incorporates five operating principles that are applicable
throughout nearly the whole console operation:
• Vistonics™
• Momentary/Latching Key Activation
• Ganging
• Copy/Paste
• Scrolling
These operating principles are described below, they are freely combin-
able. Some exceptions may occur where the combination of functions is
not practical. The real speed and easiness of operation will become obvi-
ous to a sound engineer by using and combining these operating principles
in every day life.
