033-940/941/943/944/945 SCSI Error RAP
033-940: The Control Logic detects a SCSI parity error.
033-941: The Control Logic detects that an About Message has been received.
033-943: The Control Logic detects a SCSI bus reset
033-944: The Control Logic detects a a message reject has been received
033-945: The Control Logic detects a SCSI DMA transmission failure
Initial Actions
Check the following:
• Verify that the SCSI cable between the PC and the Scanner is installed correctly.
• Verify that the terminator switch is in the correct position.
• Switch the PC power off then on. Verify that the problem still exists.
Procedure
If the problem was not corrected in the Initial Actions of this RAP, replace the SCSI PWB. If the
problem still exists, replace the ICM Main PWB (PL 16.2).
