Repairs and Adjustments
Initial Issue
REP 4.9 Dispense Clutch

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Rear Cover (REP 14.6).
3. Remove the Fuser Motor (REP 4.3).
4. Remove the Rotary Motor PWB (REP 4.8).
5. Remove the Dispense Clutch (Figure 1).
Replacement
1. Reinstall the Dispense Clutch in the reverse order of removal.

Removal
WARNING

1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Rear Cover (REP 14.6).
3. Remove the Fuser Assembly (REP 10.1).
4. Remove the Fuser Motor (REP 4.3).
5. Remove the Rotary Motor PWB (REP 4.8).
6. Remove the LVPS (REP 1.1).
7. Remove the Fuser Drive Unit (REP 4.2).
8. Remover the Developer Clutch (Figure 1).
Replacement
1. Reinstall the Developer Clutch in the reverse order of removal.
