Repairs and Adjustments
Initial Issue
REP 11.1 Sorter

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Sorter from the IOT (Figure 1).

Replacement
1. Perform the procedure for removal in reverse.
REP 11.2 Bottom Cover

Removal
WARNING

1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Bottom Cover (Figure 1).

Replacement
1. Perform the procedure for removal in reverse.

Disconnect the
connector

Loosen the thumb-screws
(2) and separate the sorter
from the IOT

Disconnect the ground wire
from the Entrance Guide

Pull the Entrance guide slots from their
retainers in the Bottom Cover and remove
the Entrance Guide
3
Remove the screws (2) and the
Bottom Cover
