REP 1.8 Environment Sensor

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power switch
on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Bypass Tray / Registration Assembly (REP 8.10).
CAUTION
Be careful not to touch the IBT Belt surface while removing the Environment Sensor.
3. Remove the Environment Sensor (Figure 1).
Replacement
NOTE: The screw that secures the Environment Sensor also secures the ground wire.
1. Reinstall the Environment Sensor in the reverse order of removal.
