REP 11.9 Bin Drive Motor

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair activities with the power
switch on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Switch off the machine power and disconnect the machine Power Cord.
2. Remove the Rear Cover.
3. Remove the Front Cover.
4. Disconnect the motor connector from the PWB and release the wires (Figure 1)

5. Remove the Bin Drive Motor (Figure 2).

Replacement
1. Perform the procedure for removal in reverse.
2. Make sure the Support is properly positioned to the Motor (Figure 3).

Disconnect the Bin Drive Motor, release the wires from the harness,
and feed the wires back through the Sorter to the Bin Drive Motor

Pinch the Motor Support to
release it from the Sorter and
remove the support and motor
Tab positioned
to notch
