ENABLE SWITCH BPDUFORWARDING

Syntax

enable switch bpduforwarding

Parameters

None

Description

Use this command to enable Bridge Protocol Data Unit (BPDU) protection.

By default, BPDU protection is disabled.

Note

When the switch has a port that STP is enabled on, BPDU cannot

be enabled.

Confirmation Command

Example

The following command enables BPDU protection:
