Pretighten the six nuts on the stud bolts
proceeding in the following order: 1 - 2
- 3 - 4 - 5 - 6.
•
Then tighten them fully following the
same order.
•
Tighten the two screws according to
the sequence (a - b)
•
Install the camshaft control gear con-
nected with a clamp to the timing chain.
•
Keep the gear in position with the chain
tightened.
THE SIDE WITH THE BEVELLED HOLE IN THE TIMING
SYSTEM GEAR MUST ALWAYS FACE THE EXTERIOR OF
THE HEAD.
•
Install both chain sliders and fasten
them with the specific screws.
