Service procedures and repairs of the Starling Monitor must be carried out by Baxter personnel,
or anyone authorized by Baxter.
Under no circumstances should the user or any technical personnel who are not formally
authorized by Baxter open the Starling Monitor.

HIPPA Compliance
Starling and Baxter business practices and procedures operate to comply with the Health
Insurance Portability and Privacy Act of 1996.
Opening the Starling device could damage the unit and will void the warranty provided by Baxter
International Inc.
