Performing a Dynamic Assessment Test
An instructional message is displayed - Figure 5-32.
Note In the event that during the last 3 minutes the monitoring results were stable, the following
message is displayed providing the user with the option to commence the PLR Test from the
Challenge stage:

Yes to confirm - the Challenge commences immediately (with the last 3 minutes becoming the
Baseline). Proceed directly to Step 8 on page 5-40.
Otherwise, tap
No and continue to Step 3. below.
3. Ensure there are no pillows or Lift under the patient’s legs and that (if in use) any
Sequential Compression Device has been removed.
4. Tap Next.
