Data Export
The Starling system provides the option to export a patient’s measurement data acquired
during Monitoring sessions to external media (disk-on-key), if required. The data is exported
in Excel or PDF format, as selected by the user.
Exported data may be accessed on any external PC and reviewed for further diagnostic
analysis.

Cybersecurity Guidelines
To ensure control of an adequate Cybersecurity level, each Starling system operator must
follow the guidelines below.
HIPPA Compliance
Starling and Baxter business practices and procedures operate to comply with the Health
Insurance Portability and Privacy Act of 1996.
CAUTION
Software/Firmware updates are accepted only if they have a digital signature by Cheetah Medical
The Starling Monitor allows access only to secure Wi-Fi networks.
The device should be used with protection of a Firewall.
Only authorized personnel are permitted to use the Starling Monitor.
All connections to the network or other devices shall be performed by the IT Department
personnel.
