Administered Dose is the most convenient and cost effective method.
2. Measure Same Reference Dose Before Each Uptake
In this method, two capsules are used – one is used as a standard and the other is
administered to the patient.
• Administer the dose to the patient.
• Each time the uptake is performed, measure the standard first and then the
patient. The uptake will be calculated from this standard capsule and patient
measurement.

Note: When entering Dosage Information, the
activity for each capsule is added together and

(entered when the patient is added to the
