z Align bore unit and mandrin guide (1) with the hous-
ing bore.
The valve guides can have different diame-
ters, a suitable mandrin guide for alignment
with the bore unit must therefore be selec-
ted. The mandrin guide must move easily
in the valve guide without noticeable resi-
stance.

z Bore housing bore to oversize level.
z Remove chips thoroughly.
Attention!
The valve seat insert support (arrow) must
not be machined with the cutting tool.
