Removing the piston cooling nozzle
z Remove piston and connecting rod.
 W 02-09-03
z Unscrew relief valve (1).
z Remove piston cooling nozzle (2).

Installing the piston cooling nozzle
z Mount piston cooling nozzle.
z Screw on the relief valve hand tight.
The flattened side (1) faces the cylinder
liner.
