6.1 Basic information
The server can be equipped with up to two power supply units that automatically
adjust to any mains voltage in the range of 100 V - 240 V.
I For 800 W Titanium power supply unit:
Mains input voltage range: 200 V – 240 V
In its basic configuration, the server is equipped with one power supply unit.
Besides the power supply unit, a second power supply unit can be installed
optionally to serve as a redundant power supply. If one power supply unit fails,
the second power supply unit in the redundant configuration ensures operation,
can continue uninterrupted and the defective power supply unit can be replaced
during operation (hot-plug).
V CAUTION!
The server supports a mains voltage in the range of 100 V - 240 V. You
may only operate the server if its rated voltage range corresponds to the
local mains voltage.
I The connectors for the power supply units are integrated on the system
board, therefore, the power supply units are connected directly to the
system board.
