Ê Connect the SAS cables:
The shorter SAS cable connected to HDD backplane (A3C40157828) to
connector "MLC1" of the dual-channel RAID controller (1) or to connector
"MLC SATA1-4" of the system board
The longer SAS cable connected to HDD backplane (A3C40157852) to
connector "MLC2" of the dual-channel RAID controller (2) or to connector
"MLC SATA7-10" of the system board

Ê Route the SAS cables as shown in the figure above.
7.2.11.3 Installing additional HDD/SSD modules
Ê Remove the dummy locks as described in section "Removing a 2.5-inch
HDD/SSD dummy module" on page 123.
Ê Move the HDD/SSD modules installed in the former HDD bays 1 to 4 (see
figure 37) to the new HDD bays 1 to 4 (see figure 41).
Ê Insert additional HDD/SSD modules as described in section "Installing 2.5-
inch HDD/SSD modules" on page 123.
