4-2-4 Log On to the System as ‘ADM’

Step Task Expected Result(s)
1.
Press CONFIG
on the alphanumeric keyboard.
If not already logged on, the Operator Login window is displayed.
2. a) Select the down-arrow to the right of the Operator field to view
the Operator pull- down menu with a list of users-
b) Select ADM from the pull-down menu.
From the factory, two users are defined:
- ADM
- USR
Regarding the password:
- Starting with software version v6.0, the password for the user ADM is:
ulsadm
- For software v5.x and lower, the default password has been left blank
for both users, so you may try to log on without any password.
- If the logon fails, you may try to use the password service
- As a last resort, contact the hospital’s network administrator (or person
responsible for the ultrasound unit), and ask for the password.
- It is possible for the administrator (adm) to make new users and
establish unique passwords for each user, but don’t do it now.
The Emergency button stores data only from current patient
examination.
3.
Select Log on.
- If this is the first time the unit is turned on, the “IMAGING AND
ANALYSIS - GLOBAL LEVEL” window is displayed.
- If another screen was displayed earlier, before logging out or turning
unit off, that screen will be displayed.
This window may be slightly different, depending on the software
version.
