– If desired, touch [Detailed Settings], and then change the copy protection settings. Touch the
desired button in the Detailed Settings screen, and then change the setting in the screen that
appears.
– As the factory default, the following settings are selected.
Text/Background Color: Black; Density: Std.; Copy Protect Pattern: Emboss Text; Text Size: Std.;
Pattern Overwrite: Front (Overwrite); Background Pattern: Pattern 1
– The setting under "Pattern Contrast" in the Copy Protect Pattern screen can only be specified in
single increments between –2 and +2.
