3.4.3 Loading folded (Z-folded) originals
If folded originals are loaded into the ADF to be copied, the original size is correctly detected.
0 Load the original into the ADF.
0 The length of the first page of the original is detected, and all pages of the original are scanned at that
size.
1 Position the original to be copied.
– Unfold folded originals before loading them into the ADF. If the original is copied without being
unfolded, a paper misfeed may occur.
– For details on loading the original, refer to "Loading the original into the ADF" on page 3-8.
2 In the Basic screen, touch [Original Setting].
The Original Setting screen appears.
3 Touch [Z-Folded Original].
