6.1 Functions of Timer Array Unit
Timer array unit has the following functions.
6.1.1 Independent channel operation function
By operating a channel independently, it can be used for the following purposes without being affected by the operation
mode of other channels.
1) Interval timer
Each timer of a unit can be used as a reference timer that generates an interrupt (INTTMmn) at fixed intervals.

Remark 1. m: Unit number (m = 0), n: Channel number (n = 0 to 7)
Remark 2. The presence or absence of timer I/O pins of channel 0 to 7 depends on the product. See Table 6-2

2) Square wave output
A toggle operation is performed each time an INTTMmn interrupt is generated and a square wave with a duty factor of
50% is output from a timer output pin (TOmn).
