• The pre-stack motor starts but
does not return to the home
position within 400 pulses. After
2 counts, the SC is logged as a
jam.
• Motor does not return to the
home position within 280 pulses
immediately before or after pre-
stacking. After 2 counts, the SC
is logged as a jam.
• Jogger HP sensor defective
• Sensor harnesses disconnected,
defective

Finisher paper exit guide plate motor error 736 B
The paper exit guide plate motor
starts but the paper exit guide plate
