Alarm Messages
Message Possible Cause(s) Possible Solution(s)
Too Many Empty
Cartons Fault
Then number of consecutive
cartons, that that were
processed without having
product inserted, has exceeded
the allowable limit within a 10
second period.
Check the product infeed for
proper operation. Check the barrel
loader for proper operation and
alignment.
Too Many High
Products Fault
The number of high product
warnings on the infeed conveyor
has exceeded the allowable
limit.
Determine the reason for the high
number of consecutive warnings.
Determine if the bags are properly
orientated, filled with too much
product, or if the high level
detector is operating properly.
Too Many Open
Flaps Fault
The number of consecutive
cartons, that were processed
with open flaps, has exceeded
the allowable limit within a 10
second period.
Determine if the flap closers are
operating properly. Check if the
guide rails are adjusted properly.
Very High Product
(Tamper Lifted) Fault
The bags in the product tamper,
just before the barrel loader, are
higher that the allowable limit.
There may be too many bags in
the bucket, the bags may be
rotated in an improper
orientation, or the high level limit
switch may not be in the correct
position.
Determine if there are too many
bags in the bucket, the bags are
being properly placed in the
buckets, or if the limit switch is
operating properly. If the high level
limit switch is not in the correct
position, the height may be
adjusted with the aid of the
adjustment scale on the side of
the machine.
