Warning Messages
Message Possible Cause(s) Possible Solution(s)
Warning-Bag
Transfer 5 Axis
Home Failed
The prox signal was not seen by
the drive during the homing
sequence.
Refer to the drawing and check
the home prox wiring, including
the 24v source voltage to the
drive.
Warning-Bag
Transfer 5 Product
Too Close or Jam
The sensor in the transfer
station has determined that
packages are either too close
together or that the packages
have jammed in the transfer
station.
Verify that the mechanical
adjustments in the transfer station
are set correctly. Determine if the
bagger is running too fast or too
slow. Determine if the infeed
conveyor is running too slow or
too fast. Verify that the infeed
conveyor is in the correct position.
Warning - Barrel
Loader at Lower Limit
The barrel loader has been
moved to the lowest position
allowable.
The barrel loader will not move
any lower.
Warning - Barrel
Loader at Upper Limit
The barrel loader has been
moved to the highest position
allowable.
The barrel loader will not move
any higher.
Warning - Controller
Low Battery
The battery that maintains the
PLC memory is almost
exhausted.
Replace the battery. Refer to the
PLC operator’s manual for battery
installation instructions.
Warning -
Downstream
Equipment Not
Ready
You have pushed the MACHINE
READY push-button but the
downstream equipment has not
been enabled or the
downstream equipment is
experiencing a fault.
Enable the downstream
equipment or determine why the
downstream equipment is
experiencing a fault.
Warning - High
Product In Infeed
Conv
The product tamper sensor on
the infeed conveyor (bucket
conveyor) has determined the
product is higher than the
desired value in the bucket.
If this is a temporary warning, no
other action may be necessary. If
this warning continues, determine
the cause of products being higher
than required. Possibilities include
too much product loaded in the
bags or the bags may not be
laying in the buckets in the proper
position.
Warning - Low Glue
Level
The glue in the gluing device is
below the recommended level
and may run out.
Load more glue in the glue
applicator. Note: Loading too
much glue at one time may cause
the temperature of the gluing
device to too fall below the low
limit, causing the gluing device to
shut off until the glue is heated to
the required value.
