Bag Transfers Parameters - Continued
Parameter Description
BT Stage 1 Settling Time This is the amount of time, after the bag is detected by the
photo-eye, before Stage 1 opens to drop the stack to the next
stage.
BT Stage 1 Open Time This is the amount of time that the Bag Transfer Station slides
remain open while releasing product to the next Bag Transfer
stage location.
BT Stage 2 Settling Time This is the amount of time, after the previous drop gate opens,
before Stage 2 opens to drop the stack to the next stage.
BT Stage 2 Open Time This is the amount of time that the Bag Transfer Station slides
remain open while releasing product to the next Bag Transfer
stage location.
BT Stage 3 Settling Time This is the amount of time, after the previous drop gate opens,
before Stage 3 opens to drop the stack to the next stage.
BT Stage 3 Open Time This is the amount of time that the Bag Transfer Station slides
remain open while releasing product to the next Bag Transfer
stage location.
BT Stage 4 Settling Time This is the amount of time, after the previous drop gate opens,
before Stage 4 opens to drop the stack to the next location.
BT Stage 4 Open Time This is the amount of time that the Bag Transfer Station slides
remain open while releasing product to the next location.
