Vista Digital Mixing System
9-4 Application Notes SW V3.3/V3.5 Date printed: 26.10.07
4 Assign one of the top eight source selector keys to provide the “master
bus out” signal to the monitoring. In this way it is possible to listen to a
free combination of tape send, return or muted stems.
5 Start the console application and go to Vista settings in the user menu,
select the PEC/DIR tab, and define some of the four pairs of source se-
lectors (lower half) to control your “stem CGMs”.
6 Create a preset or snapshot of your patching, in order to have this setup
ready for later use.
7 If you need more than four stems, the rest can be operated directly on
the CGMs. You just need to create your strip setup in a way that you
have the corresponding CGM channel close to you.
