Click QV Seings. In the QV Seings tab of the Create New Basecalling Protocol
dialog box (Figure 24), specify seings (see “Basecalling protocol—QV
seings“ on page 178).
QV seings are quality value ranges used in the following screens:
Monitor Run screen—The state of the QV ag:
If all three values are in the pass range, the QV ag in Monitor Run is
set to (green).
If any values are in the suspect range, the QV ag in Monitor Run is set
to
(yellow).
If any values are in the fail range, the QV ag in Monitor Run is set to
(red).
