Quick Start a run
Load the plate in the instrument before proceeding (see “Load the plate in the
instrument“ on page 56).
You can start a run in the Dashboard by selecting a plate with plate contents already
assigned.
1.
In the Dashboard, click Quick Start Run to display the Select Plate from Library
dialog box.

Select a plate, then click Load Plate.
3.
Click Start Run from the Load Plates for Run screen.
Not
e: If an install check for the run application type (Sequencing or Fragment)
has not been performed, a message is displayed and the run does not start.
