Review previously run sequencing samples
If you access the View Sequencing Results screen when no run is in progress and no
plate is linked, no samples are listed. (If the plate from the most recent run is linked,
the results from that plate are displayed.)
To view results for samples other than those from the most recent run, click
Import, then select the samples to review

Review sequence quality
1.
Display Metric Analysis results to review sample basecalling and trimming
results.
2.
Click the T
able Seings buon, then specify the columns to show or hide.
3.
Double-click column headers to sort columns. Multi-column sorting is supported
(see “Sort by one or multiple columns“ on page 76).
