AS/400 Signon Screen:
- Username: predefined user name
- Password: available only if 'Username' is not empty.
- Program/Procedure: available only if 'Username' is not empty.
- Menu: available only if 'Username' is not empty.
- Current Library: available only if 'Username' is not empty.
