D.1 About Warranty and RMA
Warranty
All video produ cts are designed and tested to the highest quality standards and are backed by a full 3-year parts and labor warranty.
Warranties are effective upon delivery date to cus tomer and ar e non-transferable. Barco warranties are on ly valid to the original
purchaser/owner. Warranty related repairs include parts and labor, but do not include faults resulting from user negligence, special
modifications, lightning strikes, abuse (drop/crush), and /or other unusual damages.
The customer shall pay shipping c harges when unit is returned for re pair. B arco w ill cover shipping charges for return shipments to
custom e rs.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
RMA Conditions are listed below:
1. Prior to returning any item, you must receive a R eturn Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. All RMA numbers m ust appear on their return-shipping label.
3. RMA num bers ar e valid for ten (10) days from issue date.
4. All shipping a nd insurance charges on all RM As mus t be prepaid by the customer.
